Each gram of product contains the ACTIVE SUBSTANCE Amoxicillin trihydrate 600 mg
Pigs and chickens (broilers)
Pigs: in the treatment of dysentery and swine pasteurellosis.
Chickens(broilers): in the treatment of colibacillosis and respiratory diseases
Do not administer in cases of hypersensitivity to amoxicillin, other substances in the beta-lactam group or to any of the excipients.
Occasionally, hypersensitivity reactions may occur.
Administration: oral, in drinking water.
The treatment consists of oral administration of Amoxicrid 60% in drinking water, individually or in mass, for 3-5 consecutive days at different doses, depending on species, age, body weight, physiological status and state of health. For mass treatment, we recommend the correct calculation of total body weight and quantity of product to be administered.
In pigs - Administer a dose of 15-20 mg a.s./kg bw/day, respectively 25-34 mg Amoxicrid 60%/kg bw /day.
In chickens ( broilers) - Administer a dose of 15-20 mg a.s./kg bw/day, respectively 25-34 mg Amoxicrid 60%/kg bw /day.
Medicated drinking water should be freshly prepared every 12 hours. To ensure a proper dose, the exact body weight will be determined to avoid underdosing or overdosing.
The consumption of medicated water depends on the clinical condition of the animals. In order to obtain a correct dose, the amoxicillin concentration should be adjusted accordingly.
Water consumption should be monitored to ensure adequate dose. If the water consumption does not correspond to the quantities for which the recommended concentrations have been calculated, the AMOXICRID 60% concentration should be adjusted so that the animals assimilate the recommended dose.

The ingestion of medicated water by the animal may be impaired by the disease. In case of insufficient water ingestion, the treatment regimen will be reviewed. National and regional antimicrobial policies shall be observed when using the product.
